Splot podśluzowy[1], splot podśluzowy jelita[2], splot Meissnera[3] (łac. plexus submucosus[2]) – autonomiczny splot nerwowy błony podśluzowej przewodu pokarmowego[4]. Wraz ze splotem błony mięśniowej bierze udział w regulacji niektórych ruchów jelita[5]. Może on funkcjonować niezależnie od ośrodkowego układu nerwowego[6].

Nazwa eponimiczna upamiętnia niemieckiego anatoma Georga Meissnera[3], który opisał tę strukturę w 1862 roku[7].
