Kishore Mahbubani (ur. 24 października 1949 w Singapurze) – singapurski dyplomata i konsultant geopolityczny, który w latach 1984–1989 oraz 1998–2004 pełnił funkcję stałego przedstawiciela Singapuru przy Organizacji Narodów Zjednoczonych, a w latach 2001–2002 był przewodniczącym Rady Bezpieczeństwa ONZ[1].

Od 2004 do 2017 wykładał na Narodowym Uniwersytecie Singapuru, gdzie był dziekanem Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy(inne języki)[2].

Jest znanym specjalistą od spraw Azji – jego komentarze i artykuły ukazywały się na łamach pism takich jak "The New York Times" i "The Wall Street Journal". W latach 2010 i 2011 „Foreign Policy” umieścił Mahbubaniego na liście 100 najlepszych światowych myślicieli[3].
