Ekstraliga polska w unihokeju mężczyzn 2012/2013 - 16. edycja najwyższych w hierarchii rozgrywek ligowych polskiego klubowego unihokeja w Polsce. W sezonie zasadniczym rozegrano 14 kolejek spotkań po których przeprowadzono fazę Play-off.

W sezonie 2012/2013 wystąpiło 7 klubów, dwa spośród nich - UKS Multi 75 Killers Kraków i UKS Aligator Chwarzno Gdynia przystąpiły do rozgrywek jako beniaminek. Obrońcą tytułu był KS Górale Nowy Targ, Mistrzostwo Polski również zdobył KS Górale Nowy Targ[1]

Stan po sezonie 2011/2012

Po zakończeniu sezonu 2011/2012 ustalona została ostateczna kolejność w rozgrywkach. Tytuł mistrza Polski wywalczyła drużyna KS Górale Nowy Targ. Do I ligi spadła drużyna UKS Orły Suwałki a z dalszych rozgrywek w Ekstralidze zrezygnowały drużyny UKS Ósemka Wejherowo i UKS Grześ Hrubieszów, do Ekstraligi awansowały dwie drużyny UKS Multi 75 Killers Kraków i UKS Aligator Chwarzno Gdynia[2].
