Yuli eller Lopnur (kinesisk: 尉犁县; pinyin: Yùlí Xiàn; uighur : لوپنۇر ناھىيىسى / Lopnur Nahiyisi) er et fylke i den autonome region Xinjiang i Folkerepublikken Kina. Det er understilt det autonome prefektur Bayin'gholin.
I 1999 hadde det en befolkning på 97 143 innbyggere.[1]
Samferdsel
Kinas riksvei 218 løper gjennom området på sin vei fra Yining til Ruoqiang, begge i den autonome region Xinjiang.
