Waxholmsbolaget (egentlig Waxholms Ångfartygs AB) er et kommunalt eid svensk rederi, eid av Stockholms läns landsting og er ansvarlig for sjøveis offentlige transport i Stockholms skjærgård og Stockholms havn, totalt i en region som strekker seg mellom Arholma i nord til Landsort i sør,og om sommeren anløpes rundt 270 ulike brygger i dette området.

Selskapet eier 21 ferger, og fire båter for linjen Djurgårdsfärjan, mens opereringen av de enkelte fartøyene er satt ut til ulike kontraktører, hvor noen av disse også eier sine egne skip. Til sammen brukes et 40-talls ulike fartøyer i den trafikken selskapet er ansvarlig for. Selskapet frakter rundt 4,3 millioner reisende i året, hvorav havnetrafikken med Djurgårdsfärjan utgjør rundt 2,5 millioner passasjerer årlig.[1]

Waxholmsbolaget ble dannet i 1869 på grunnlag av Djurgårdens Ångbåts-Aktie-Bolag, som ble etablert i 1849. Stockholms läns landsting har eid selskapet siden 1967.[2][3] I 1970 tok Waxholmsbolaget over Djurgården-fergene.[3] Selskapet har sitt hovedkontor i det gamle tollhuset på Blasieholmen.
