Victory Motorcycles var en amerikansk motorsykkelprodusent med monteringsanlegg i Spirit Lake, Dickinson County, nordvest i Iowa, USA. Den begynte produksjonen i 1998, og avvikle driften i januar 2017.

Morselskapet Polaris Industries skapte Victory merket etter den nye suksessen til Harley-Davidson i 1980 og 90-årene. Victorys motorsykler ble designet for å konkurrere direkte med Harley-Davidson og lignende motorsykkelmerker i amerikansk stil, med V-twin-motorer og touring-, sport-touring- og cruiser-modeller. Den første Victory, V92C, ble produsert i 1997 og kom i salg i 1998.[1][2]

Victory var lønnsom i flere år fra 2002, men på grunn av noen dårlige investeringer og valget om å gi ut nye årsmodeller uten andre endringer enn lakk, og satsing på elektriske og trehjulede motorsykler klarte de ikke å gå med overskudd.[3]

I 2011 kjøpte Polaris også Indian og i 2017 la de ned produksjonen av Victory.[4]
