Vestkantsvømmerne

Vestkantsvømmerne er en norsk svømmeklubb stiftet 17. mai 1992. Nedslagsfeltet er i Bergen Vest, Sotra og Askøy. Klubben har i overkant av 1000 medlemmer, der rundt 190 er aktive svømmere. Alexander Dale Oen svømte største delen av sin karriere for Vestkantsvømmerne.

I årene 2005–2010 var Vestkantsvømmerne blant de beste svømmeklubbene i Norge.

Vestkantsvømmerne trener på Sandgotna (Loddefjord), Askøy og Ågotnes (Sotra). I tillegg holder klubben svømmekurs i andre basseng i nedslagsområdet.

Kontoret finnes på Straume i Sotra.[1]

Hovedtrener for Vestkantsvømmerne er Henning Pryde.[2]

Fra 2016 av har Ørjan Madsen vært sportslig leder i klubben.[2]

Daglig leder er Maria Prestmo.[3]
