Tråd
«Tråd» har flere betydninger.
Tråd (av norrønt þráðr;[1] engelsk thread)[2] er en tynn sammenhengende snor bestående av spunnet eller tvunnet fibrer, eller av endeløse fibrer som kunstfibrer og silke (filamentfibrer), tynnere enn snor eller hyssing; jf. bomullstråd, silketråd, lintråd, og kulltråd.[1]
