Inndelt i

Tanyproctini er en gruppe av biller som har larver som eter planterøtter. De hører til underfamilien oldenborrer (Melolonthinae) i den store gruppen skarabider (Scarabaeoidea).

Utseende

Stort sett middelsstore, avlange, grå eller brunlige oldenborrer. Som vanlig hos denne gruppen har antennene store lameller, særlig hos hannene.

Utbredelse

Gruppen forekommer i alle verdensdeler bortsett fra Australia.
