Sør-Koreas fotballforbund (engelsk: Korea Football Association (KFA), koreansk: 대한 축구 협회; hanja: 大韓蹴球協會; RR: Daehan Chukgu Hyeophoe; MR: Taehan Ch'ukgu Hyǒphoe) er det FIFA-tilknyttede fotballforbundet i Sør-Korea. Koreas første fotballforbund var Joseon Football Association (조선 축구 협회/朝鮮蹴球協會), etablert 19. september 1933.[1][2] Park Seung-bin var forbundets første president. I tidligere tider eksisterte det et koreansk ballspill som het chuk-guk, som er svært likt dagens fotballspill. Det moderne fotballspillet ble først introdusert til Korea i 1882 da et britisk fotballag spilte en kamp mens båten de arbeidet på lå ved kai i Incheon.[3]

I 1921 ble den første koreanske fotballturneringen holdt, mens i 1928 ble The Korea Football Association etablert, som anses som starten på dagens organisasjon. Organisasjonen ble reetablert i 1948 som en følge av etableringen av Republikken Korea. En fikk FIFA-medlemskap senere samme år, og fra 1954 i Asian Football Confederation.[3]

I internasjonale sammenhenger konkurrerer Sør-Koreas herrelandslag i fotball under navnet Korea Republic eller bare Korea, mens Nord-Koreas herrelandslag i fotball konkurrerer som Korea DPR.
