Sphaericus er en slekt av tyvbiller.
Utseende
Små biller, matte, kroppen mer eller mindre kledt av skjell. Mens andre arter er mer blanke og uten skjell. Fargene er varierer fra gyllen gul til mørkere rødbrun. Dekkvingene er store og ovale.
Ulikt de fleste andre tyvbiller og borebiller er antennene lange og perlekjede-formede. Brystskjoldet er mye smalere enn dekkvingene.
Levevis
Disse artene lever gjerne på tørt plantemateriale, for eksempel frø og krydder.
