Sofja Dmitrijevna Tikhonova[a] (født 1998) er en russisk skihopper. Hun ble juniorverdensmester i normalbakke i 2015, og fikk gull i kombinert mikslag i Vinter-OL for ungdom 2016 på Lillehammer.

Idrettskarriere

7. desember 2013 debuterte hun i verdenscupen i skihopping i Lysgårdsbakkene på Lillehammer, hvor hun akkurat ikke nådde finaleomgangen med en 33.-plass.

Tikhonova tok individuelt gull og lagsølv i European Youth Olympic Festival i Vorarlberg i januar 2015, og under en uke senere fulgte hun opp med individuelt gull i Junior-VM på ski 2015, foran østerrikerne Elisabeth Raudaschl og Chiara Hölzl.

Hun deltok i Vinter-OL for ungdom 2016, der hun fikk to medaljer. I øvelsen kombinert mikslag, der to langrennsløpere, to skihoppere og en kombinertløper utgjorde et lag, tok hun gull med Russland og hoppkollega Maksim Sergejev, langrennsløperne Maja Jakunina og Igor Fedotov, og kombinertutøveren Vitalij Ivanov. Individuelt kom hun på 2.-plass, bak slovenske Ema Klinec.

Under Vinter-OL 2022 i Beijing, ble hun nummer 26 i normalbakkerennet.[3]
