SkyEurope Airlines eller bare SkyEurope (IATA: NE, ICAO: ESK) var et lavprisflyselskap med hovedbase på Bratislava lufthavn (BTS) i Bratislava i Slovakia og andre baser i Praha og Wien. Med base i Østerrike, Tsjekkia, Ungarn, Polen og Slovakia var selskapet det første multibaserte flyselskapet i Sentral-Europa. SkyEurope har kortdistansereiser (punkt-till-punkt), regulære flyvninger og charter– samt frakttjenester. Selskapet ble august 2009 utestengt fra Wien internasjonale lufthavn og ble slått konkurs samme måned. Samtidig innstilte selskapet alle flyvninger.[1]

Flyselskapet ble grunnlagt i november 2001 og startet sin virksomhet den 13. februar 2002 men en innenriksflyvning mellom Bratislava og Košice. SkyEurope ble grunnlagt av Alain Skowronek og Christian Mandl, og ble finansiert av EBRD, ABN AMRO og EU–donasjoner. Selskapet har rundt 850 ansatte. Det er også medlem av European Low Fares Airline Association.
