Sergej Aleksandrovitsj Kirdjapkin (russisk: Сергей Александрович Кирдяпкин; født 1980) er en russisk friidrettsutøver som konkurrerer i kappgang.

Kirdjapkin gikk til topps under VM 2005 i Helsingfors. Fire år senere var han først over målstreken under VM 2009 i Berlin og var også først i mål på 50 kilometer kappgang under Sommer-OL 2012 i London. Han ble imidlertid diskvalifisert og fratatt både VM-gullet fra 2009 og OL-gullmedaljen fra 2012 etter at han leverte positiv dopingprøve.[3]

Han er gift med Anisia Kirdjapkina, som også er utøver i kappgang.
