Ryszard Przecicki (født 10. desember 1934 i Gdańsk, Polen, død 28. april 2009) var en australsk forretningsmann.

Pratt hadde polsk-jødiske foreldre. Hans familie emigrerte fra Polen i 1938 og bosatte seg i Victoria i Australia. I Australia skiftet han navn til Richard Pratt. Han begynte ved Universitetet i Melbourne i 1953. leder av det privateide selskapet Visy Industries, og han var en ledende skikkelse i Melbourne. I året før sin død ble Pratt rangert som Australias fjerde rikeste person, med en personlig formue verdsatt til 5480 millioner australske dollar.[trenger referanse]

Etter at hans far døde i februar 1969 overtok Pratt sin fars virksomhet, som da hadde flere hundre ansatte og en årlig omsetning på fem millioner.[trenger referanse] Gjennom Pratt Foundation er Pratt-familien blant Australias ledende filantroper og har donert opp til 10 millioner dollar hvert år.[trenger referanse] Pratt har også donert betydelige midler til store politiske partier.[trenger referanse] Den 8. februar 2007 ble Pratt utnevnt til president i Carlton Football Club.

Pratt ble utnevnt til offiser av Order of Australia i 1985, og kommandør av Order of Australia, Australias høyeste utmerkelse, i 1998. Hans kone, Jeanne, er også en mottaker av denne utmerkelsen. Richard Pratt var gift med Jeanne Pratt i nesten 50 år.
