RAPGEF3 (forkortelse for Rap guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) 3) er et protein som hos mennesker kodes av RAPGEF3-genet.[1][2][3]

Andre navn på RAPGEF3 er: bcm910, cAMP-GEFI, EPAC og "exchange protein directly activated by cAMP 1".[4]
