PFLAG (tidligere kjent som Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays) er en amerikansk organisasjon for venner og slektninger av lesbiske, homofile, bifile og transpersoner. Organisasjonen ble etablert i 1972 da Jeanne Manford så at sønnen ble kastet ned en rulletrapp under en protest for de homofiles rettigheter uten at politiet i New York City grep inn.[2]
