Marius Ly Arnesen (født 1972) er en norsk tidligere alpintrener. Han er sportskommentator i alpint for Nent-gruppen.

Arnesen hadde ulike stillinger i Norges Skiforbund fra 1998 til 2010. Han var europacuptrener i 1998/99-sesongen og fortsatte som europacupsjef 1999/2000-sesongen. Han var fartssjef for verdenscupalpinistene fra 2000 til 2005. Deretter var han landslagssjef for det norske herrelandslaget til 2010.[2] Aksel Lund Svindal tok fem VM-gull og tre OL-gull med Arnesen som trener.[3]

På Idrettsgallaen 2008 ble han tildelt prisen som Årets trener i 2007. Marit Breivik og Mika Kojonkoski var de andre to nominerte.

I 2010 begynte han som ekspertkommentator i NRK TV.[4] I 2014 ble han daglig leder ved Norefjell Skisenter.[5] Etter at Nordic Entertainment Group overtok rettighetene for sending av verdenscupen i alpint i 2021, gikk han over dit.[6]
