Louis Jean Joseph Charles Blanc (født 29. oktober 1811 i Madrid, død 6. desember 1882 i Cannes) var en fransk politiker og historiker.

Louis Blanc publiserte i 1839 sin berømte artikkel «L'organisation du travail» der han trekker opp prinsipper som skal danne grunnlaget for hele hans senere politiske karriere. I artikkelen retter han søkelyset mot et arbeidsliv der konkurranse gjør de svakeste til tapere. Han krever utjevning av lønn og at de personlige interessene skal bidra til fellesskapets beste – «à chacun selon ses besoins, de chacun selon ses facultés» som ofte oversettes «fra enhver etter evne, til enhver etter behov».

Blanc var medlem av overgangsregjeringen i 1848, og var i eksil i London under Den annen franske republikk (1848–1870). Han ble valgt inn i nasjonalforsamlingen i 1870.
