Kvalitetsreformen

Kvalitetsreformen i høyere utdannelse er en reform i høyskole- og universitetsektoren som ble vedtatt i Stortinget i 2001 og iverksatt ved studiestart i 2003 ved samtlige høyere utdanningsinstitusjoner i Norge. Viktige deler av reformen er innføring av ny gradsstruktur med bachelor-, mastergrader og phd-grad, og diploma supplement, samt overgang fra vekttall til studiepoeng etter European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS).

Endringene i kvalitetsreformen er i stor grad en følge av tilrådninger gitt av Utvalget for høgre utdanning (det såkalte «Mjøs-utvalget» etter utvalgets leder Ole Danbolt Mjøs) og følger eller er i tråd med Bologna-prosessen.

Reformen har blitt kritisert etter innføringen.[1][2][3]
