Kathleen Barr (født 1967) er en canadisk stemmeskuespiller.

Hun er kjent for å være stemmen til Kjetil og Marie i Ed, Edd og Eddy og moren til Robotnik i Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog.[1]

Hun har skuespillerutdannelse fra University of Victoria Theatre Department.[2]
