Jia Zhibang (kinesisk 贾治邦; født 1946 i fylket Wuqi i provinsen Shaanxi i Kina) er en kinesisk kommunistisk politiker. Han er (2012) direktør for Folkerepublikken Kinas statsskogsadministrasjon.

Jia studerte økonomi ved Renminuniversitetet, og ble medlem av det kinesiske kommunistiske parti i 1962.
