Jakov Grigorjevisj Punkin russisk: Яков Григорьевич Пункин (født 8. desember 1921 Zaporizjzja, død 12. oktober 1994 i Zaporizjzja i Ukraina) var en sovjetisk bryter som deltok i de olympiske leker 1952 i Helsingfors.

Punkin ble olympisk mester i bryting gresk-romersk stil under Sommer-OL 1952 i Helsingfors. Han vant den tredje letteste vektklassen, fjærvekt opp til 62,0 kg, foran ungarsk Imre Polyak og Abdel Rashed fra Egypt.
