Isoa er en kort elv som renner fra Isesjøen til Nipa, som er en lone i Glomma.[2]

Elva har et fall på 13 meter, og renner gjennom en marin leirslette.[3] Elva krysses av riksvei 111 og Østfoldbanens østre linje like ved Ise stasjon.

Isoa er vurdert som en viktig naturtype på grunn av rødlistede arter, først og fremst flere øyenstikkere, men også fugler og flaggermus.[3]
