Eliteserien i håndball for kvinner 2017/18 var det øverste nivået i norsk kvinnehåndball 2017/18-sesongen.

Ligaen besto av de ni beste lagene fra Grundigligaen 2016/17, de to beste lagene fra 1. divisjon 2016/17 samt vinneren av fjorårets kvalifiseringskamp. Sesongen startet 30. august 2017 med kampen mellom Sola og Storhamar, og ble avsluttet med en full runde 18. april 2018.

Vipers slo regjerende mester, Larvik, to runder før sesongslutt og med seier over Gjerpen runden etter ble Kristiansand-klubben seriemester for første gang, foran Larvik og Storhamar.[1][2]

De nyopprykkede lagene, Fredrikstad og Molde, endte på henholdsvis 6.-, og 9.-plass, mens Stabæk og Glassverket endte sist og rykket direkte ned til 1. divisjon 2018/19.

Sola endte på 10.-plass og måtte ut i kvalifiseringskamp mot Rælingen som endte på tredjeplass i 1. divisjon 2017/18. Rælingen vant med 10 mål hjemme i Marikollhallen og klarte å begrense tapet på bortebane til 8 mål, og sikret seg dermed den siste plassen i Eliteserien 2018/19.[3]
