Edward Adrian Wilson (født 23. juli 1872 i Cheltenham, død 29. mars 1912) var en engelsk polfarer, lege, kunstmaler og ornitolog. Han var deltaker på Robert Falcon Scotts mislykkede ekspedisjon til Sydpolen.
Wilson deltok i to britiske ekspedisjoner til Antarktis, begge under ledelse av Scott. Den første, Discovery-ekspedisjonen, ble gjennomført mellom 1901 og 1904. Han var med på ekspedisjonen som zoolog og kirurg. Sammen med Scott og Ernest Shackleton deltok han på en tur som til da var det sydligste noen hadde vært. Han ble senere forespurt av Shackleton til å være med på hans ekspedisjon til Antarktis i 1907, men takket nei.
I 1910 deltok Wilson på Scotts andre ekspedisjon til Antarktis, Terra Nova-ekspedisjonen, denne gangen som leder av de vitenskapelige ekspedisjonsmedlemmene. Sammen med Apsley Cherry-Garrard og Henry Bowers dro han vinteren 1911 ut på en tur som skulle samle embryo fra keiserpingvinen.
Han var med i gruppen på fem som kom frem til polpunktet den 17. januar 1912, en måned etter Roald Amundsen. Alle fem døde på hjemturen.
Wilson var sannsynligvis den på ekspedisjonen som stod nærmest Scott. Da teltet med likene av Scott, Wilson og Bowers ble funnet av leteekspedisjonen, som ble ledet av Cherry-Garrard, lå Wilson og Bowers i soveposene. Soveposen til Scott var åpen og han lå delvis ute av soveposen med armen slengt over Bowers.
