Dionisio Miranda (født 1947) er en katolsk prest og teolog fra Fillipinene.

Han ble presteviet 1973 for kongregasjonen Societas Verbi Divini^[1] og disputerte i moralteologi 1984 vid Accademia Alfonsiano i Roma. Han er forfatter av bøker og et stort antall artikler innen teologi.

Han ble rektor for University of San Carlos i 2008.
