Bryggja er ei bygd og et tettsted i Stad kommune i Vestland fylke. Tettstedet har 359[1] innbyggere per 1. januar 2025. Bryggja ligger som et knutepunkt mellom ytre Nordfjord og Sunnmøre.
Bryggja var tidligere et viktig handelssted, da fjorden var den viktigste ferdselsåren. Bryggja tilhørte til 1. januar 2020 Vågsøy kommune i Sogn og Fjordane.[2] Grunnkretsene Totland, Bryggja og Maurstad med tilsammen 500 innbyggere pr 1. januar 2017[3] ble en del av Stad kommune, mens resten av Vågsøy kommune ble en del av Kinn kommune.
