Bibloplectus er en gruppe (slekt) av biller som hører til underfamilien køllebiller (Pselaphinae) i den store familien kortvinger (Staphylinidae).

Små, avlange, mørkbrune kortvinger. De ligner mye på slekten Euplectus men er gjerne mørkere på farge. Hodet er nokså stort og firkantet med små, runde fasettøyne og kraftige antenner, der de to første og de tre ytterste leddene er noe forstørret. Pannen har dype lengdegroper. Pronotum er omtrent så bredt som langt, med sterkt rundede sider, bredest omtrent i midten. Dekkvingene er blanke, fint hårete, med en skarp fure langs innerkanten (sømmen), og dekker omtrent en tredjedel av bakkroppen, som er sylindrisk. Beina er ganske korte.
