Antonio Pettigrew (født 3. november 1967 i Macon i Georgia, død 10. august 2010 i Chatham County i Nord-Carolina) var en amerikansk friidrettsutøver. Han vant gullmedaljen på 400 meter under VM i friidrett 1991 i Tokyo. I samme mesterskap fikk han sølv på 4 x 400 meter stafett.

Under OL 2000 i Sydney var han med på det amerikanske laget som vant 4 x 400 m stafett og han var med på å vinne fire VM-gull i stafett – 1993, 1997, 1999 og 2001, men ble senere diskvalifisert fra de tre siste etter at han i mai 2008 innrømmet å ha dopet seg på EPO og veksthormoner. Han leverte frivillig tilbake alle medaljene han hadde vunnet. Han ble på grunn av dette også utestengt i to år og USA ble diskvalifisert og fratatt den olympiske sølvmedaljen i stafett.[1][2]

Pettigrew ble funnet død i sin egen bil i Chatham County, Nord-Carolina, 10. august 2010. Han tok overdose på et medikament som inneholdt stoffet difenhydramin.[3][4] I tiden ved hans død arbeidet han som assistenttrener ved University of North Carolina.[5]
