Manisa (i antikken Magnesia ad Sipylum) er ein stor by i Egearregionen i Tyrkia og det administrative setet i provinsen Manisa, 30 km nordaust for Izmir. Byen har kring 340 000 innbyggjarar.

Han er eit handelssentrum i eit jordbruksdistrikt med vin, oliven og bomull. Det vert òg drive gruvedrift i omegnen. Byen er eit jernbaneknutepunkt.

Det moderne Manisa er eit blømande industri- og tenestesenter i nærleiken av storbyen İzmir. Den historiske Manisa spreidde seg ut frå ein skogkledd dal nedanfor fjellet Sipylus.

Antiokhos den store av Syria tapte her mot romarane i 190 fvt.
