Frankétienne, eigentleg Franck Étienne, (fødd 12. april 1936) er ein haitisk forfattar, lyrikar, dramatikar, musikar og målar. Han har skrive både på fransk og haitisk. Som målar er han kjend for dei fargerike abstrakte verka sine, der blått og raudt ofte er framtredande fargar.

Han var nominert til nobelprisen i litteratur i 2009.
