The Good, the Bad, the Weird (Hangul: 좋은 놈, 나쁜 놈, 이상한 놈code: ko is deprecated ; RR: Jo-eun nom nappeun nom isanghan nom) (bahasa Melayu harafiah Yang Baik, Jahat, Pelik) adalah filem aksi barat 2008 Korean Selatan, arahan Kim Jee-woon, dibintangi oleh Song Kang-ho, Lee Byung-hun, dan Jung Woo-sung.^[2] It was inspired by Sergio Leone's The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.^[3]^[4]

Filem ini ditayangkan di Perayaan Filem Cannes 2008 dan mempunyai tayangan yang terhad di Amerika Syarikat pada 23 April 2010. ^[5]Ia menerima ulasan positif dengan pengkritik memuji aksi, sinematografi dan pengarah. Filem ini menandakan kerjasama kedua antara pelakon Lee Byung-hun dan pengarah Kim Jee-woon yang sebelum ini bekerjasama dalam drama gangster A Bittersweet Life dan sekali lagi akan berbuat demikian dalam filem I Saw the Devil arahan Kim.
