Hartanah luar angkasa

Bulan seperti yang dilihat oleh pemerhati dari Bumi. Ia didakwa sebagai hartanah persendirian oleh beberapa individu.[1] [2]

Hartanah luar angkasa (Jawi: ‏هرتانه لوار اڠکاس‎‎) merujuk kepada tuntutan pemilikan tanah di planet lain, satelit semula jadi atau bahagian angkasa lepas oleh pertubuhan atau individu tertentu. Tuntutan terdahulu tidak diiktiraf oleh mana-mana pihak berkuasa, dan tidak mempunyai kedudukan undang-undang. Namun begitu, beberapa individu dan organisasi persendirian telah mendakwa pemilikan benda angkasa, seperti Bulan, dan terlibat secara aktif dalam "menjual" bahagiannya melalui sijil pemilikan yang disebut "Perbuatan Lunar", "Perbuatan Marikh" atau serupa.

Meskipun tuntutan peribadi mempunyai berat yang kecil, seluruh negara berpotensi membuat tuntutan untuk menjajah badan tertentu. Hartanah luar angkasa bukan sahaja memperkatakan sudut pandangan undang-undang potensi penjajahan, tetapi bagaimana ia boleh dilaksanakan untuk hartanah jangka panjang. Terdapat pelbagai faktor yang perlu dipertimbangkan dalam menggunakan planet lain untuk hartanah termasuk cara mencipta pasaran hartanah, pengangkutan, perlindungan planet, astrobiologi, kemampanan dan hartanah orbit planet ini juga.
