Višogroda (poļu: Wyszogród) - pilsēta Polijā, Mazovijas vojevodistē uz austrumiem no Plockas pie Vislas upes. Sena slāvu apmetne. Viduslaikos tirdzniecības centrs un viena no Mazovijas kņaza galvenajām pilsētām. XVII gadsimtā pilsētu nodedzināja zviedri, pēc tam pilsētas attīstība stagnēja. Cionisma līdera Nahuma Sokolova (Nahum Sokolow, 1859-1936) dzimtā pilsēta.
