Rakuten Viber jeb Viber ir vairākplatformu IP balss pārraides un tūlītējas ziņojumapmaiņas programmatūra, kura pieder Japānas konglomerātam Rakuten. To 2010. gadā izstrādāja Talmons Marko un Igors Magazinniks no Izraēlas.

Programmatūra Viber tika izlaista operētājsistēmai iOS Izraēlā 2010. gada 9. novembrī[1] un starptautiski 2. decembrī,[2] operētājsistēmas Android versija iznāca 2011. gada 19. jūlijā.[3] 2016. gadā aplikācijai bija 800 miljoni lietotāju, no kuriem 266 miljoni bija aktīvi lietotāji.[4]

Viber izstrādātājs, uzņēmums Viber Media Ltd (agrāk Viber Media (CY) Ltd) tika reģistrēts 2012. gada 30. martā, Kiprā.[5] 2014. gadā Rakuten nopirka Viber Media Ltd par 900 miljoniem ASV dolāru,[6] un Viber uzņēmums tika pārreģistrēts Luksemburgā kā Viber Media S.à r.l.[7] 2017. gadā uzņēmums mainīja savu korporatīvo identitāti uz Rakuten Viber.
