Ustaši (horvātu: Ustaša – Hrvatski revolucionarni pokret — Horvātijas revolucionārā organizācija) bija Antes Paveliča 1930. gadā dibināta horvātu nacionālistu slepena organizācija, kas pārauga par fašistu kustību.

Līdz 1941. gadam ustašu organizācijā galvenokārt ietilpa studenti, profesori, rakstnieki, juristi, virsnieki un katoļu biedrību locekļi.

Kad 1941. gada aprīlī ustaši pārņēma varu jaundibinātajā Horvātijas Neatkarīgajā valstī, viņi izveidoja totalitāru diktatūru Horvātijas un Bosnijas un Hercegovinas teritorijā.

Pēc Otrā pasaules kara ustaši emigrācijā izveidoja Horvātu Nacionālo pretestības kustību Otpor (Hrvatski narodni otpor), kas beidza pastāvēt 1991. gadā.[3]
