Rotka ir ciems Preiļu novada Aglonas pagastā. Izvietojies pagasta dienvidu daļā 36 km no novada centra Preiļiem, 11 km no pagasta centra Aglonas un 245 km no Rīgas. Apdzīvotā vieta daļēji izzudusi,[1] izvietojusies nomaļus no vietējas nozīmes autoceļiem.
Pirms 2009. gadā noslēgtās administratīvi teritoriālās reformas atradās Preiļu rajonā.
1897. gadā katoļu viensētā bija 15 cilvēki.
