Piragova (arī Pirogova) ir ciems Ludzas novada Pasienes pagastā. Izvietojies pagasta ziemeļrietumu daļā 3,6 km no pagasta centra Pasienes, 15 km no Zilupes un 314,3 km no Rīgas.
Apdzīvotā vieta izvietojusies pie autoceļa V515 (Jonički–Pasiene).
1897. gadā pareizticīgo ciemā bija 2 sētas ar 52 cilvēkiem.
