Pilsupe (augštecē Kaļķupe)[1] ir upe Ziemeļkurzemē, Talsu novadā. Iztek no Kaļķupes dīķiem Dundagas pagastā. Tek pa Ziemeļkursas augstienes Dundagas pacēlumu, pie Šlīteres Zilajiem kalniem veidojot dziļu gravu. Ietek Rīgas līcī pie Pūrciema. Krastā atrodas Puiškalna pilskalns un Pūrciema Baltā kāpa, Rojas pagastā uz upes atrodas Jaunvilku ūdenskritums. Vienīgās apdzīvotās vietas krastos ir Klārmuiža, Puiškalnciems un Pūrciems.
