Midjourney ir mākslīgā intelekta attēlveidošanas programmatūra[1] un pakalpe, kuru izveidojusi Sanfrancisko bāzētā pētniecības laboratorija Midjourney, Inc. Līdzīgi kā OpenAI DALL-E un Stable Diffusion, Midjourney ģenerē attēlus, balstoties uz dabiskā valodā sniegtiem aprakstiem, ko sauc par "uzvednēm".[2][3] Lietotāji veido attēlus ar Midjourney, izmantojot Discord botu komandas.[4]

Kopš 2022. gada 12. jūlija rīks ir atvērtā beta versijā.[5] Midjourney komandu vada Deivids Holcs, kurš līdzdibināja Leap Motion.[6]

Funkcionalitāte

Pašlaik Midjourney ir pieejams tikai kā Discord bots oficiālajā Discord serverī, un to var izmantot, Discord serverī botam nosūtot ziņojumu vai botu uzaicinot uz trešās puses serveri. Lai ģenerētu attēlus, lietotāji izmanto komandu /imagine, kam seko uzvedne; pēc tam robots atgriež četrus maza izmēra attēlus. Lietotāji var izvēlēties, kurus attēlus viņi vēlas palielināt. Midjourney izstrādātāji strādā arī pie tīmekļa saskarnes.[7]
