Magento ir atvērtā koda elektroniskās tirdzniecības platforma, kas veidota izmantojot PHP. Tā ir viena no populārākajām atvērtā koda e-komercijas sistēmām internetā. Šī programmatūra ir izveidota izmantojot Zend Framework. Magento avota kods tiek izplatīts saskaņā ar atvērtā pirmkoda iniciatīvu (OSI), ko apstiprinājusi atvērtās programmatūras licence (OSL) v3.0, kas ir līdzīga AGPL, bet nav saderīga ar GPL .
