Kulpene (arī Kuļpine, Kulpine) ir ciems Balvu novada Susāju pagastā. Izvietojies pagasta centrālajā daļā 12 km no pagasta centra Viļakas un 241 km no Rīgas.
Apdzīvotā vieta izvietojusies nomaļus no valsts autoceļiem, Kulpenes ezera austrumu krastā.
