Iesala (arī Jūgupe, Skraustupe;[2] lejtecē — Mazupe)[3] ir Braslas kreisā krasta pieteka Limbažu un Valmieras novados. Sākas Ķeizarpurvā uz austrumiem no Pociema. Tek pa Limbažu viļņoto līdzenumu dienvidu virzienā. Upes augštece un vidustece regulēta, uzņem meliorācijas sistēmu ūdeņus. Ietek Braslā pie Vainižiem. Lielākā pieteka ir Urpele (labā). Upi šķērso autoceļi P11 un P14.
