Hypixel ir Minecraft mini spēļu serveris, kas izveidots 2013. gada 13. aprīlī. Servera izveidotāji ir Saimons Kolinss Laflams un Filips Točete. Tas ir pieejams tikai Java versijā (1.8 līdz 1.15).[1]

Vēsture

Saimons Kolinss Laflams un Filips Točete 2013. gada 13. aprīlī izveidoja Hypixel beta versiju ar divām sākotnējām piedzīvojumu kartēm, kas tika augšupielādētas YouTube kanālā.[2][3] Mini spēles, kas sākotnēji tika izveidotas, lai lietotāji varētu tās spēlēt, gaidot citus spēlētājus, drīz ieguva popularitāti un kļuva par galveno servera uzmanības centru, un Hypixel lika uzsvaru uz jaunu servera saturu, nevis karšu veidošanu.

2016. gada 21. decembrī Hypixel sasniedza kopumā 10 miljonus unikālus spēlētājus, kas spēlēja Minecraft šajā serverī.[4] Tika izveidotas dažādas lietotāju pakāpes (VIP, VIP+, MVP, MVP+, MVP++ un arī YouTube).
