Diukšupe (arī Daukšupe, Diuškupe, Dukšupe, Dūkšupe, latgaliski - Dyukšupe)[1] ir Tilžas kreisā krasta pieteka Balvu un Ludzas novados.
Izteka - uz dienvidiem no Bauzgovas pūra. Tek dienvidrietumu virzienā. Lielākās pietekas - Mežupe, Nūvozine. Ietek Tilžā netālu no tās ietekas Ičā. Diukšupi šķērso valsts autoceļi P48 (Kārsava – Tilža – Dubļukalns) un V493 (Ruskulova – Bērzpils). Tās krastos atrodas Zeltupe, Mežupe, Vītoli.
