Bunija (franču un svahili: Bunia) ir pilsēta Kongo Demokrātiskajā Republikā, Ituri provinces administratīvais centrs un lielākā pilsēta. Atrodas valsts ziemeļaustrumos Šari upes krastā.
Otrā Kongo kara laikā pilsētā un tās apkārtnē notika ievērojama karadarbība ar daudz cietušajiem civiliedzīvotājiem un 2003. gadā Bunijā operācijas Artemis ietvaros tika izvietots EUFOR[1] un MONUC miera uzturētāju karaspēks; šeit atrodas šo spēku galvenā mītne valsts ziemeļaustrumos.
