Balodenes (latīņu: Atriplex) ir plaši izplatīta augu ģints. Tajā ietilpst daudzi tuksneša un jūras piekrastes augi un halofīti.[1] Pēc APG II sistēmas balodenes ir klasificētas amarantu dzimtā (Amaranthaceae), taču pēc dažām taksonomiskām sistēmām balodenes tiek klasificētas atsevišķā dzimtā — balandu dzimtā (Chenopodiaceae).
Ģintī ir klasificētas vairāk nekā 240 sugas.[2]
