Aglonka[1] ir Zilupes kreisā krasta pieteka Ludzas novadā.
Sākas Ludzas novada Istras pagastā, netālu no Garanu Šķaunes ciema. Plūst dienvidaustrumu virzienā. Caurtece caur Aglonkas ezeru, pēc kura upes tecējums pagriežas austrumu virzienā. Netālu no ietekas Zilupē Aglonku šķērso autoceļš P52 (Zilupe—Šķaune—Ezernieki). Ietek Zilupē netālu no Katalovas.
Apdzīvotās vietas upes krastos: Istras pagasta Pricimova, Pasienes pagasta Pricimova.
Lejpus Aglonkas ezera upe tiek saukta arī par Podupi.
