Šokantis Vilnius

Šokantis Vilnius – šokio festivalis, organizuojamas Vilniuje. Rengia Vilniaus šokių klubas „Šokiai.lt“ (vadovė Jelena Aleksandravičienė). Dalyviai gali nemokamai pasimokyti pirmųjų šokio žingsnių, susipažinti su žinomais šokių mokytojais, televizijos projektų žvaigždėmis. Mokoma pramoginių šokių ir salsos (poromis), solo latino, pilvo ir moderniojo šokio, zumbos, regetono, „pop-dance“ (šokama po vieną).

Istorija

2009 metais Šokių klubas „Šokiai.lt-DILEKSA“ paskelbė visuomeninę akciją „Šokantis Vilnius“, kurios metu visą vasario mėnesį sostinės gyventojai buvo kviečiami į nemokamas šokių pamokas. Taip siekta prisidėti prie „Vilnius – Europos kultūros sostinė 2009“ projekto renginių ir paskatinti vilniečius atrasti šokį.[1] Nuo 2009 m. rugpjūčio 28 d. iki rugsėjo 18 dienos kiekvieną penktadienį sostinės gyventojai buvo kviečiami į nemokamas šokių pamokas.[2]

2011 metais Kovo 18 ir 25 dienomis „Forum Palace“ rūmuose 17 ir 20 valandomis klubas „Šokiai.lt“ šeštą kartą organizavo akciją „Šokantis Vilnius“, per kurią visi norintieji kviečiami nemokamai pašokti.[3] Festivalio metu profesionalūs mokytojai mokė šokti trijose Vilniaus vietose. Iš viso įvyko 30 pamokų.[4]

2014 metais „Šokančio Vilniaus“ renginiuose lankytojai galėjo susipažinti su įvairių pasaulio tautų šokių stiliais.[5]
